Here are some of the questions you may have when purchasing a Max+Mee garment. Please email us at hello@maxandmee.com if you'd like to ask us anything else.

 How can i check my order and delivery status?

If you have placed your order online, we like to process all orders within 24 hours. We then try to dispatch all orders by the next business day. Once we have initiated shipment of your parcel, you will receive a notification with your delivery tracking link. Please be aware of shipping delays in this current climate, all parcels are shipped by Australia Post.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE Standard shipping within Australia for orders over $90. Anything under this is a standard flat rate shipping of $10. We currently don't ship internationally via our online store, if you are located overseas- drop us a hello & let us know!

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa card, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Afterpay. Please be aware of any card rates that may apply to you.

Do you offer Gift cards?

Yes! Just choose your $ amount and proceed as a normal order. You will receive an email with your gift card & code. If you need a hard copy posted, please email us.

What are the terms of refunds and/ or exchanges?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not return items that have been worn, washed or damaged in any way. THE ITEM WILL NEED TO BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.  We only replace/ exchange items if they are defective or damaged. , and in exactly the same style. Send us an email at hello@maxandmee.com and send your item to: 679 Ferguson Road, Ferguson WA 6236. Please note, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on Sale items. 

We are a small business with a small run of each style & size, so unfortunately we do not have the stock volume to make returns/ exchanges on *change of mind. 

Is there feeding access on all your pieces?

Yes! All our tops & dresses have our easy and discrete feeding access. Our invisible zips are located on both sides for easy boob access!

Can i still wear the clothing if I'm not breastfeeding?

Of course! We are so passionate about designing clothing that lasts through all stages of motherhood. The feeding access on all our tops & dresses is so discrete you would hardly know they're even there.
